    Our Live Well Course & Planner is the perfect vehicle to take your church family, organization or group of friends on a journey to physical and spiritual health, together. Under the guidance of Dr. Beard and/or one of her highly trained Functional Medicine coaches, Live Well Groups are remarkably cost effective and powerful tools to learn, grow, and radically change your health trajectory. We customize our group programs to meet your needs!

    • Small group options – best for groups of 5-8 looking for personalized coaching
    • Small community options – best for groups of about 10-40 desiring meaningful group discussion and group coaching in small subgroups
    • Large community options – best for large organizations (50+) interested in a one-day intensive educational session with Dr. Beard (in person available); group coaching in subgroups available

    When do I need to start the course and planner?
    Anytime! This is a self-directed program and you can start it at anytime. The planner is 13-weeks long and is written to allow you to start on any day of the month. The course can be completed within the 13 weeks or as your schedule allows.
    Can I complete the course and planner with a guided accountability group?
    Yes! We think community is essential for long-term success. You may check our website or contact us for upcoming group dates, or you can gather your own group and reach out to get connected with a coach.
