Dr. Beard designed this shake mix to be a complete meal replacement and it is unlike any other product on the market. The meal replacement is a highly digestible pea protein isolate containing a mixture of 16 organic super greens, coconut milk powder plus a superb GI health formula containing Triphala, Ceylon cinnamon, glutamine and a blend of prebiotic fibers. The Foundation Shake is neutral in taste to allow for a wide range of customization using a variety of fruits, vegetables, etc. It is also Paleo and Keto friendly. Because it has the coconut milk in the formula you can even just mix with water for a super simple meal on the run.

  • Pea Isolate is a high quality, easy to digest  plant-based protein that is extremely low in Lectins and Phytic acid, so it’s Paleo friendly.
  • Coconut Milk Powder is good source of medium-chain fats for sustained energy.
  • Organic Green Balance 16 Superfood Alkalizing Blend is full serving of Vegetables and supports detox pathways.
  • L-glutamine is important for gut health.
  • Triphala is excellent for digestion and GI health, and is a staple in Ayurveda medicine.
  • Ceylon Cinnamon is considered the “true”  cinnamon. This type is excellent for stabilizing blood sugar, GI health, and has anti inflammatory properties.
  • Shilajit 40% Extract is a concentrated, organic, mineral tar matter from ancient deposit. It is a great source of fulvic acid and humic acid and over 85 trace minerals, all of which have been depleted in our soil and from our food supply from conventional agriculture.
