What It Is and Who It’s For
Amy’s Gut Reset is a one-month program of tried-and-true nutraceuticals, diet, and lifestyle recommendations that are excellent for general gut repair. This program can help you rebalance your gut and may reverse mild Candida and/or small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. It is an excellent option for those who have already completed Amy’s Total Gut Job but have “fallen off the wagon,” or for those who have mild-to-moderate digestive and/or inflammatory concerns but are not yet ready to jump into Amy’s Total Gut Job at this time. For best results, pair this reset with a whole foods diet, avoid food sensitivities, and cut out processed foods, added sugars, gluten, dairy, and soy (unless you know you tolerate specific, high-quality products). We also recommend eliminating caffeine, except for organic green tea or organic decaf coffee.

Do I Need Anything Else?
Amy’s Gut Reset is a perfect combination for getting your gut back on track. That said, there are a few other supplements you may want to consider adding to your order depending on your current diet and lifestyle.
- Omega 3 EPA-DHA: Consider adding an Omega 3 based on your wild-caught fish consumption. Ideally you eat 3-4 servings per week of wild caught fish (preferably small fish like salmon, mackerel, anchovies, sardines, herring), and if you do, you likely don’t need a supplement. If you only occasionally eat wild caught fish, we recommend that you take an Omega 3 at bedtime on the days you did not eat fish.
- Vitamin D3 w/ K2: We encourage everyone to get their Vitamin D levels checked. Work on getting sun exposure on your skin, but during some months, or if you are constantly covered/ wearing sunscreen, may need a supplement.
- Magnesium Citrate: An excellent option to support regular bowel movements in the short term. If constipation persists despite the program, please consider becoming a patient so we can get to the cause!
- Bloat Free Prebiotic: A great product for low fiber diets and/or additional gut support. This is especially important for people eating high protein/ low carb or those not eating a variety of vegetables.
