What’s the Time Commitment?

To get the most out of your Live Well Boot Camp, in addition to the actual coaching sessions, we recommend setting aside the following time blocks:

  • Getting Started: 1.5-2 hours of self-directed time watching the Live Well introduction videos and completing your initial Live Well Planner pages
  • Boot Camp Education & Coaching Sessions: 5, 1 hour sessions offered weekly or bi-weekly
  • Weekly: 30-60 min of podcast/video content in the online course AND 30-45 minutes of journal time to reflect on your past week and plan your upcoming week in the Live Well Planner
  • Daily: 5-15 minutes of journal time in the Live Well Planner AND 5-10 minutes interacting with your group and/or private community via app

What does the Live Well Course and Planner include?
The Live Well Boot Camp includes five one-hour group coaching sessions with a small cohort, a comprehensive 300+ page, three-month Health Planner, five exclusive Functional Medicine lectures, 16 online modules, over 12 hours of video and podcast content, additional PDF resources, and access to a private online community.
Can I make my own group?

Will my coach be able to provide specific health recommendations for me?
Your coach can provide general education on our approach to a condition, but as you are not a patient, cannot provide specific health advice. You can book a single visit with your coach, or a single visit with dr. beard. Or become a patient. Schedule an exploratory call and someone will help you determine which is best.
