Berry Delicious Smoothie (2 servings)

  • 3 scoops Foundation Shake protein powder
  • 1/2-3/4 cup frozen or fresh berries
  • 1/4-1/2 cup yogurt (quality dairy or non-dairy option)
  • 1-2 Tbsp of favorite nut butter
  • 16 oz of water, coconut milk, or almond milk.
  • Top with nuts, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, shredded coconut, etc.

Carrot Cake Smoothie (2 servings)

  • 3 scoops Foundation Shake protein powder
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 slightly green banana (a green banana has more prebiotics & less sugar)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (Greek or coconut)
  • 16 oz almond milk or water
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • *can also add 1-2 Tbsp of favorite nut butter

Apple Pie Smoothie (2 servings)

  • 3 scoops Foundation Shake protein powder
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pear
  • 1/4 cup of plain yogurt (Greek or non-dairy)
  • 16 oz of water (or coconut/almond milk)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • *can add ice cubes if that’s your thing

PB & J Smoothie (1 serving)

  • 3 scoops Foundation Shake protein powder
  • 1/2 slightly green banana (a green banana has more prebiotics & less sugar)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom

Sweet Potato Smoothie (2 servings)

  • 3 scoops Foundation Shake protein powder
  • 1/2 baked sweet potato
  • 1/2 slightly green banana (a green banana has more prebiotics & less sugar)
  • 1.5 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1.5 tsp homemade vanilla extract
  • ~ 10-12 oz water (can use coconut milk for extra creaminess)
  • *can also add ice cubes 

Aloe Berry Banana Smoothie (2 servings)

  • 4 scoops Foundation Shake protein powder 
  • 1 cup frozen berries (we used mixed)
  • 1/2 slightly green banana (a green banana has more prebiotics & less sugar)
  • Fresh aloe, 4-inch piece
  • 16 oz water

**Be careful not to include any of the latex layer of the aloe vera leaf as it has a strong laxative effect. Include only the “clear” part of the leaf when filleting.

Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake (2 servings)

  • 6 scoops Foundation Shake protein powder
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 cups ice cubes 
  • 20 oz coconut milk unsweetened
