1-Hour Exercise Consultation with an Exercise Specialist

What to Expect:

  • 60-min consultation with an exercise specialist to discuss your current health and fitness goals, motivation, and barriers to exercise
  • A mobility and core strength assessment
  • Recommendations for duration, intensity, type and frequency of exercise
  • Recommendations for follow-up scheduling

Price: $100, $60 for 30-minute follow-ups

8-Week Individualized Exercise Prescription

What to Expect:

  • An initial 60-min consultation with an exercise specialist to discuss your current health and fitness goals, motivation, and barriers to exercise; includes a mobility and core strength assessment
  • A 4-week customized exercise program (pdf format with links to exercise videos)
  • A 30-minute follow-up to assess progress and give feedback on the program
  • An updated 4-week customized exercise program (pdf format with links to exercise videos)
  • Weekly check-ins via email or text through the 8-week program from your coach

Price: $300

1-on-1 Virtual Personal Training

What to Expect:

  • A personalized workout led by one of our exercise specialists over Zoom, our virtual meeting room
  • An emphasis on movement quality
  • Personable accountability and encouragement

Price:

  • Single Session: 50min = $75, 30min = $40
  • Package of 3: 50min = $195, 30min = $105
  • Package of 6: 50min = $360, 30min = $190
