Memory is a Certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, was a Trauma Nurse Leader at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and is a mother of two teenagers.

I was born and raised in central AR. Although my upbringing was in the city way of life, as an adult I have found extreme value in country living! My husband and I, along with our 2 incredible teenagers, have built our own little farm where we spend our time raising horses, chickens, goats, and various other animals. My animals are my therapy and spending time with my family is my true joy, but the most important thing in my life is my faith. Without Christ, I would not be the person I am today and I owe everything I have to Him.

I always knew I would have a career helping people and I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. I immediately began working in the Emergency Department at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and started developing my skills for helping those who needed it most. I quickly became a Trauma Nurse Leader at the only Level 1 Pediatric Hospital in AR and I loved it!

After battling my own health issues for years and searching endlessly for solutions, I discovered holistic and functional medicine. I began learning everything I could about how to care for myself (and others) in a multidimensional way by addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs. I started implementing what I was learning and my life completely changed. I went back to school and became a Certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach and have discovered a new passion for helping people on their life-long journey toward true health and wellness.

I have spent my entire life helping and caring for others. I am so honored and grateful to continue that journey and equip others with the tools they need to live their best life and enjoy doing it!
