I've lost 26lbs, my energy level has tripled, and my strength has gotten so much better.

I started this program at the behest of my daughter who knows Dr. Beard as a friend. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I have had some gas issues since the beginning, but that seems to be calming down some as I’ve continued through the process and with the help of my coach, Laura. I feel so much better now than I have for years. I’ve lost 26 pounds and am back in some clothes I haven’t worn for almost 15 years. My energy level is tripled and my strength has gotten so much better.

With my husband dealing with heart and lung issues, I felt I really needed to get stronger and healthier to  be able to help him. The positive side to that is that he is feeling better and has lost some weight, also, even though he hasn’t participated in the protocol, but has benefited from the healthier foods! 

I have told several people to look into the program for themselves as they’ve noticed the changes. My next goal is to be able to get off the RX I’ve been on for over 20 years now.
