Laura is a Certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach. She has been in the medical field since 2005 and a Registered Nurse since 2011. She has been on two medical mission trips to Kenya, Africa. She and her husband were foster parents for 7+ years. She has been an advocate for functional medicine for 10+ years. She has five children.

Laura was raised in central Arkansas, where she still resides with her husband and four of their children. They have a hobby farm filled with several horses, goats, pigs and a variety of birds and other animals. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, backpacking, running, reading and riding her horses.

Laura graduated from Hot Springs National Park with an Associate of Science Degree of Nursing and an Associate of Liberal Arts Degree. She has worked at UAMS in their high risk NICU, antepartum, postpartum, and labor and delivery units. She also has experience at Saline Memorial, in their nursery, postpartum and labor and delivery unit.

After years of experiencing her own health concerns she turned to functional and holistic medicine. That’s what changed her health journey, in a positive way. That inspired her to go back to school to become a Certified Integrative Nutritional Health Coach.

She has always had a passion for helping and caring for others. It is a desire of hers to help educate and encourage others to become their healthiest selves.

She is thankful for the life journey that the Lord has blessed her with. Her personal relationship with Jesus has been her anchor. Her faith has been her constant joy, no matter the season.

She is delighted to team up with others, as they find their healthiest selves. The best is yet to come.
