Step 1: Create & login to your patient portal.
Click here to register for the patient portal. Once registered, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your email address. After confirming your email address, login and follow the New Client Checklist.
Step 2: Complete the New Client Checklist on the patient portal home page.
All forms and information must be completed prior to scheduling. Once you login to your portal, you will see a New Client Checklist. This will walk you through how to complete all of the necessary new client information.
Step 3: Schedule your first consultation.
Schedule your first consultation from our website or the “Schedule a Consultation tab” in the patient portal. If you have any questions, please reach out to our admin team at (501) 581-1212 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to pay with a Health Savings Account card (HSA card), please call our office to schedule as our online scheduler may not accept your HSA card. Our practice does not take insurance for our consultations, but you may use your insurance for any standard labs that may be needed (AR residents only). Please check with your insurance provider to understand your coverage.
Step 4: Download Zoom on your computer.
All consultations are done via our HIPPA compliant virtual meeting room, Zoom. Don’t worry! It’s very easy to navigate. And you can ‘attend’ your appointment from anywhere.
Visit https://www.zoom.us/ and sign up for free. Follow the prompts to download the free Zoom platform on your computer. You will receive an email prior to your appointment with a link to your personal meeting room. Please click that link 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to join the meeting. Please use this page to try a test Zoom call and/or review helpful tutorial videos.
